Welcome to the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish - Littleton, CO Choir website.

We are currently experiencing a problem with our website calendar, in order to see an item please go to the "Month" view to see a listing that won't appear in the "Day" view.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Come and join us on Monday February 6th and Friday February 8th for the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Music History Conference in the OLMC Parish Hall.  The conference will cover the changes in liturgical music from the 8th century to our modern times.  There will also be manuscript examples and recordings from the time periods being discussed.  This is a fascinating trip through the ages of church music which reveals how we arrived at our current music crisis in the church.  Please contact Rick Wheeler at music.director@olmcfssp.org for more information.

All visitors are welcome to see our music lists and forum, however only choir members, registered parishioners, and special guests can participate in the forum and see the actual scores and recordings in the "Repertoire" section.  Our Gregorian chant repertoire section will soon be free to view by anyone!

However, if you use our site regularly we ask that you please make a small donation to our music program here.

(large ones are nice too)  Although the benefits of our site are considerable the time and work and effort that goes into it are substantial.  Please, if you can give something, please do so.  A donation can be made to

Visitors DO have access to the learning section.  For instructions on how to use the site to learn specific music and for music education purposes please check the Resources button to the left or just click on the link.  Once there you can click on Getting Started and follow the instructions.  We have linked to a very informative site that goes over training and music resources.

If you click on a specifc Sunday in the calendar and then the mass you'll be able to see the music that is scheduled for that particular day.  Music will be subject to change, however we are making every effort to advance the schedule so that all can be aware of upcoming schedules.

This website has been designed to be used by OLMC choir members and parishioners to learn our repertoire, to see what the upcoming music schedule will be, to make comments and suggestions, or to add in some way to music program here at OLMC - Littleton. We are a music program/choir/schola that is dedicated to the liturgy in the extraordinary form, our repertoire will therefore be based on the rules and regulations that are set down by the magisterium and passed on through tradition. We will not be participating in so called "traditional" hymns and songs which are popular by nostalgia alone and for this reason many popular Catholic hymns may not be contained here. For access to those hymns there are a great deal of websites that have recordings that you can purchase.

We ask that you peruse the forum and repertoire sections on the upper left side of the screen, there will be more content and design added as time goes on. Choir memebers are asked to work on the music that is posted based upon the forum, schedule rules and comments from the choir master. We encourage both choir members and parishioners to log on once or twice a week to get updates on changes to the schedule or to the music that will be sung. In time the schedule will maintain a two month lead over the upcoming Sunday or holy day. This is a teaching web site as well as an informative one. If you're curious about music for the Roman Catholic liturgy as presented by the extraordinary form please peruse our site.

Please remember that only registered users can access copyrighted materials, this is for the protection of professional musicians as well as the protection of the church. For this reason we ask that you DO NOT attempt to download any music from this site but access it only when you are here online.
